Who are we?
Barista Bailee is a family owned business that was founded in 2022. Bailee has an INFINITE LOVE for coffee and all things related! In 2022, Bailee received an espresso machine and taught herself how to use it. A local office caught wind of her making her own recipes and asked if they could put in an order. The rest is history! Now Bailee can share her experiences and reviews with YOU and the rest of the world!

Why Children's Mercy?
Children's Mercy provided care for Bailee throughout her life journey. Bailee is Diagnosed with Septo-Optic Dysplasia. Bailee has no vision in her left eye or hearing in the left ear and general epilepsy. Children's Mercy is a wonderful hospital that helped us through our journey. We want to give back and help others in need like we once were. We Donate 10% of all profits from Barista Bailee to Children's Mercy.
